Location: Boston, MA 02126
Experience: Golden Krust Caribbean Bakery & Grill, a privately held company, is a manufacturer and distributor of Caribbean styled food products and is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager.

Education level: Some College Coursework Completed
Career level: Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff)
Responsibilities for:
• Overall store operations and management of the Restaurant & its Team
• Preparing various weekly and monthly reports for Senior/Regional Management
• Managing, hiring, & training restaurant staff
• Managing a food budget and inventory system
• Optimizing profits and increasing sales/meeting sales targets
• Developing & implementing local store marketing
• Ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining standards of quality & service
Other Requirements:
• HS Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years Experience in managing a fast food restaurant preferred
• Experience with POS systems
• Food Safety (Serve Safe) Certificate (strongly preferred)
• Excellent Written/Oral Communication Skills
• Intermediate PC Skills (MS Office, Email, POS)
