Palmetto Bay Golden Krust Shines In SoFlo Taste Feature

Congratulations to Andrew and Michelle McKinley and the great team at GK-Palmetto Bay, the newest Golden Krust restaurant in the system and the most recent to be featured on WPLG’s (ABC) SoFlo Taste segment.

The well-produced piece showcased the dedicated franchisees who work night and day to strive for greatness, their incredibly talented chef, and the delightful menu offering a wide array of Jamaican patties, jerk chicken, brown stew chicken, and braised oxtail, and the Hawthorne family-recipe bakery classics. They also offer a daily chef’s special, so there are options to satisfy all cravings.

Located in the Palmetto Bay area of South Florida, this location opened in April 2023. Conveniently located at 9534 SW 160th St in the Publix plaza, the restaurant features a cooked-from-scratch menu in a convenient grab-n-go format and on Uber Eats and DoorDash for delivery. If you are hosting a large group or want to switch up team lunch at the office – order catering here.

The restaurant is open Monday to Thursday, 8 AM – 7 PM, and Friday and Saturday, 8 AM to 8 PM. Stop in to try one of their special chef’s creations, including unique dishes like Jerk Chicken Pasta and Jerk Baby Back Ribs. Stop by before it’s gone.
