Plainfield Golden Krust Celebrates Grand Opening

Congratulations to Franchisee Lorna Brissett Romans, who celebrated the opening of her third Golden Krust Caribbean Restaurant this week with the Grand Opening celebration in Plainfield (NJ)! Conveniently located at 1335 South Avenue near Milton Campbell Field, the restaurant is open Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 9 PM, and Sunday 9 AM to 7 PM. Plainfield Golden Krust is also the first Golden Krust in the Northeast to feature a drive through, adding another convenient way to savor the flavor of Jamaica.

Special thanks to esteemed Plainfield town representative guests Adrian O. Mapp (Mayor, Plainfield), Steve G Hockaday (Council President & Councilman at Large), Zenobia Fields (Director, Economic Development), and the dozens of other town officials that provided such a warm welcome. Thanks also to our partner Vita Coco for being on hand and providing beverages to customers. Golden Krust Franchisees, the Gores, were also on hand to celebrate. Lastly, thank you to the Plainfield Golden Krust staff for their assistance in executing the event, and providing customers with excellent service.

We’re known for our family recipes of classic Caribbean cuisine and bakery items, from Jamaican beef patties and coco bread, to jerk chicken,oxtail, and curried goat or chicken.
